ATAC-seq of skin organoids

To investigate the dynamic changes in chromatin accessibility of key genes during the self-organization process of mouse skin organoids, we performed ATAC-seq on skin organoid samples collected at two critical time points: day 4 (D4) and day 7 (D7). The experiments were conducted using the CD1 mouse strain. This study aims to reveal how chromatin landscape remodeling regulates gene expression and cellular differentiation as skin organoids develop and mature. The data provided here may serve as a valuable resource for understanding epigenetic mechanisms in skin morphogenesis and organoid model systems.
