AB617 East Oakland - Age of Housing Stock

This data comes from the U.S. Census Bureau’s Table DP04: Selected Housing Characteristics, part of the 2018–2022 American Community Survey (ACS) 5-Year Estimates. For this analysis, only information on the age of the housing stock was used, detailing the year structures were built. The data are based on Census Tracts within the East Oakland CERP Community Boundary, as well as the broader City of Oakland and Alameda County. This dataset was used in the AB617 East Oakland Community Emission Reduction Plan (CERP) Community Description.
