The expression of circular RNAs in the plasma from five hepatocellular carcinoma patients and five chronic hepatitis B patients

Using CapitalBio Technology Human CircRNA Array v2 (4x180K) microarray, we compared the expression of circular RNAs in the plasma from five hepatitis B virus-related hepatocellular carcinoma patients and five chronic hepatitis B patients. To explore whether plasma circular RNAs (circRNAs) can diagnose hepatitis B virus (HBV)-related hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), microarray (CapitalBio Technology Human CircRNA Array v2, 4x180K) was used to identify plasma circRNAs that were increased in HBV-related HCC patients compared with chronic hepatitis B patients. All patients were male, aged 43-57.
