care before and during pregnancy; use of insecticides, pesticides,
motor vehicles and sun lamp during pregnancy; television habits, pet
possession and employment during pregnancy; nutrition habits and
consumption of semi-luxury foods, tobacco and alcohol during pregnancy;
medications taken; results of medical check-up; information on health
and X-ray load of father of the child.

Demography: age (classified); sex; marital status; number of children;
religious denomination; school education; vocational training;
occupation; employment; household income.

Interviewer rating: willingness of respondent to cooperate; city size.
