本数据集是从以实现高速率、抗干扰的 QKD 系统为核心目标,重点突破抗信道扰动的方案设计和提升系统工作速率的核心技术,研究信道偏振扰动的补偿机制,设计和研制可以满足高速率工作要求并且能有效抵御信道偏振干扰的相位编解码器,研制可自适应补偿信道扰动的编解码方案,高稳定、低时间抖动诱骗态光源、高精度高带宽相位调制,高速低噪声单光子探测和高速系统控制等核心部件和核心技术,并进行 QKD 系统的实用化总成和测试的相关数据。主要根据课题2的研究内容分为高速抗干扰QKD系统的方案设计和验证、关键技术和单元设计、控制及总成和测试三个方面,进行数据整理和汇交。本数据集对应课题2指标为:在信道随机扰动0.1Hz~1kHz 条件下,系统误码变化量≤2%、实现工作频率≥5GHz 的 QKD 系统;系统执行密钥分发的时间占空比≥90%、系统执行密钥分发的时间占空比≥90%、系统在 50 公里光纤信道下的安全密钥成率达到3Mbps、系统信号态长时间平均误码≤3%;对应课题2成果为高速抗干扰QKD实验系统。数据主要采集地点为中国科学院量子信息重点实验室,通过MATLAB等专业软件进行理论计算及模拟,通过示波器、单光子探测器、网络分析仪等仪器收集数据并通过计算机进行处理得到。

This dataset comprises data collected from a research project whose core goal is to develop a high-rate, anti-interference Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) system. The project focuses on breaking through core technologies including scheme design for resisting channel disturbances and improving system operating rate, studying compensation mechanisms for channel polarization perturbations, designing and developing phase codecs that meet high-rate operating requirements and can effectively resist channel polarization interference, developing adaptive disturbance-compensated encoding and decoding schemes, high-stability low-time-jitter decoy-state light sources, high-precision high-bandwidth phase modulation modules, high-speed low-noise single-photon detection and high-speed system control and other core components and related technologies, as well as conducting practical integration and testing of the QKD system. The dataset is organized and submitted mainly based on the research contents of Project 2, which is divided into three aspects: scheme design and verification of high-speed anti-interference QKD systems, design of key technologies and units, control, integration and testing. The indicators corresponding to Project 2 of this dataset are: a QKD system with bit error rate (BER) variation ≤2% and operating frequency ≥5GHz under the condition of random channel disturbances in the range of 0.1Hz~1kHz; the duty cycle of key distribution time ≥90%, the duty cycle of key distribution time ≥90%, the secure key generation rate reaches 3Mbps under 50-kilometer optical fiber channel, and the long-term average BER of system signal states ≤3%; the achievement corresponding to Project 2 is a high-speed anti-interference QKD experimental system. The data was mainly collected at the Key Laboratory of Quantum Information, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Theoretical calculations and simulations were conducted using professional software such as MATLAB, and data was collected via instruments including oscilloscopes, single-photon detectors and network analyzers, then processed by computers.
