Bordetella bronchiseptica Genome sequencing and assembly. Bordetella bronchiseptica

In order to confirm that porcine respiratory syndrome was caused by Bordetella bronchiseptica. Strain SH01 was isolated from pig with lung infection at four different pig farms (three from the different pig farms and two from the same pig farm) in Shanghai. We sequenced B. bronchiseptica isolated strain, and predicted its virulence factor, drug resistant, and prophage according to annotation information. The purpose of this study was to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of respiratory syndrome of pigs.
