The universal character of values is agreed upon after more than 10 years of studies surveying participants from all continents. Recent data supports the hypothesis stating that values do change over the lifetime, but they need a major event in order to raise or lower in the personal rank of each individual. We aim to explore the value change after major life events. The studies from which the data sets are used are searched and selected for criteria of being affected by a major event or participants in an intervention study, both with the scope of observing the modifying of the importance of personal values, regardless of age, gender or other demographic characteristics. The subgroup analysis requested grouping personal values in their clusters, and measuring how much they changed for each event or groups of similar events.
