The transcriptome sequencing of liver of Anabarilius grahami

The Kanglang white minnow, Anabarilius grahami is a typical "3E" (Endangeren, Endemic and Economic) fish species in Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau. As one of the "Four Famous Fish" in Yunnan province, it has become the main native aquaculture species in Yunnan with increasingly artificial breeding. However, A.grahami is highly susceptible to the infection of a parasite, Ichthyophthirius multifiliis in artificial breeding. To understand the host immune responses to I. multifiliis, the whole gene expression patterns of the liver of A. grahami constructed from non-infection, early and late infection stage were investigated using RNA-seq followed by gene differently expression analysis.
