Data for three turtles, analyzed in the paper entitled "Greater physiological resistance to heat may favor the invasive freshwater turtle to outcompete native species in the changing climate"

The CTmax of the invasive turtle<em> T. scripta elegans</em> and two native turtle species <em>P. sinensis</em> and <em>M. reevesii, </em>and the relative gene expression levels of mutiple HSPs, TERT and relative telomere length in the liver and muscle of these three turtle species during acute heat stress of 35, 37, 39 and 41^oC.
