粤港澳大湾区城市群协同测度数据集（2021年）

粤港澳大湾区建设，是习近平总书记亲自谋划、亲自部署、亲自推动的重大国家战略。被赋予了探索区域协同发展新模式、深化内地与港澳全面合作、共同建设世界级城市群的历史重任。在新的发展形势下，为推动大湾区全面协同发展，有必要科学地测度区域协同发展水平。对此，项目组针对性地构建了大湾区城市群协同测度的理论分析框架，并提出了新时期粤港澳大湾区协同发展综合测度的五维模型。借鉴国际相关指数测算方法，综合运用“流”空间、大数据、网络分析、联锁网络模型等理论与方法，综合测度了2021年大湾区各城市之间一对一以及多对多的协同关系，并最终形成了协同测度数据集。

The construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) is a major national strategy personally planned, deployed, and promoted by General Secretary Xi Jinping. It shoulders the historic mission of exploring new models for regional coordinated development, deepening comprehensive cooperation between the mainland, Hong Kong and Macao, and jointly building a world-class city cluster. Under the new development landscape, it is necessary to scientifically measure the level of regional coordinated development to promote the all-round coordinated development of the GBA. In this regard, the project team has specifically constructed a theoretical analysis framework for the coordinated development measurement of the GBA city cluster, and proposed a five-dimensional model for the comprehensive measurement of GBA coordinated development in the new era. Drawing on relevant international index calculation methods, the team comprehensively applied theories and methods including "space of flows", big data, network analysis, and interlocking network models to measure the one-to-one and many-to-many collaborative relationships among cities in the GBA in 2021, and finally formed the coordinated development measurement dataset.
