Microbial enhanced oil recovery is the technique to use microbial cell and their metabolic products to recovery entrapped crude oil. For the recent year, this technique has been improved globally, another way to develop for a realistic application. Indigenous bacteria are keyed efficiency solution of enhanced oil recovery in an oil reservoir. Therefore, Ion torrent sequencing analysis on the communities of petroleum core samples of the reservoir was applied as a special tool for searching all indigenous bacteria.
