Source data for Supplementary Figure 28: Subnetwork annotation of non-volatile metabolites

Data used to generate Supplementary Figure 28. This dataset contains spectral and chemical annotation information for 585 non-volatile compounds forming the 45 largest subnetworks derived from molecular networking analysis of LC–MS data obtained from hop cones during development. The column ‘Subnetwork’ indicates the subnetwork assignment for each compound. The dataset provides annotation results derived from the chemical annotation workflow applied to the molecular network. This dataset accompanies the manuscript:“Extensive variation between chromosomes of North American and European hop”.
