The data used in this article is sourced from the CSMAR database at the enterprise level, and from relevant annual data such as the China Statistical Yearbook, China Urban Statistical Yearbook, and China Science and Technology Statistical Yearbook at the city level. The time span is from 2009 to 2022, and the research subjects are Chinese A-share listed companies. The sample data excludes enterprises marked as ST, * ST, PT, and related variables that are missing.
