Noncoding RNA surveillance pathway during B cell development uniquely relates RNA processing with antigen receptor locus programmed DNA rearrangements. For this purpose, we generated mouse models harboring a B cell specific Cre allele Mb1cre, coupled to conditional inversion-deletion (COIN) alleles of exosome core component (Exosc3) and RNase catalytic subunits (Exosc10 and Dis3). We sequenced the transcriptome (RNA-seq) and transposase-accessible chromatin (ATAC-seq) from Dis3COIN/+ and Dis3COIN/COIN B cells.
