资源简介:
Data and R code from publication: Le Coeur, C., Yoccoz, N.G., Salguero-Gomez, R., Vindenes, Y. (accepted). Life history adaptations to fluctuating environments: Combined effects of demographic buffering and labillity, Ecology Letters
Files: - DecompositionStochGrowthRate.R: an R file with code to decompose the stochastic population growth into main components capturing effects of nonlinearity in demographic parameters as a function of an environmental driver z, and effects of variance-covariance among the parameters. Both the analytical and simulation approaches are presented.
- ComadreMPM154.RData: Selection of age- and stage-structured matrix population models (MPMs) from the COMADRE animal database (v.4.20.5; Salguero-Gomez et al. 2016; https://compadre-db.org/Data/Releases). These MPMs are used as a starting point to our theoretical exploration across generation time, considering different scenarios for effects of the environment z on the demographic parameters.
