Dataset related to the figure 6 of the paper "Water sprays cooling of a hot metallic plate"

The data set corresponds to the data plotted in Figure 5 of the paper. It represents the temperature evolution at the centre of the 'cooled side' and the 'heated side' of a hot metallic plate during spray cooling. Both vertical and horizontal orientations were investigated for three different water sprays.
