资源简介:
Gastrointestinal tract stenosis is a common pathological condition in clinical practice, which can be caused by various factors such as malignant tumors, postoperative anastomotic stricture, radiation injury, or inflammatory diseases (such as Crohn's disease). It often leads to serious complications such as dysphagia, obstruction, or malnutrition. Endoscopic metal stent placement has become an important treatment method for alleviating both benign and malignant stenosis due to its minimally invasive nature, efficiency, and repeatability. However, stent displacement is one of the most common complications, and its management requires a comprehensive decision based on the type of displacement (partial or complete), clinical symptoms, and anatomical location. Endoscopy is the preferred intervention method, and multidisciplinary collaboration can optimize outcomes. This article presents a simple endoscopic retrieval method for a displaced metal stent.
