Cyrtotrachelus buqueti intestinal metagenome

The purpose of this project is to reveal the changes of intestinal microbial population after 2 hours of feeding by the larvae of Cyrtotrachelus buqueti, analyze the characteristics of microbial population diversity and other characteristics, and find out the dominant population of bamboo cellulose digesting. In this experiment, the larvae collected from the field were transported back to the laboratory, starved for 24 hours, then fed with fresh bamboo shoots for 2 hours, and then the intestinal contents were collected. All samples were taken under sterile conditions.
