资源简介:
Mouse mammary tumors are diverse neoplastic growths originating in the mammary glands of mice and serve as essential models for studying human breast cancer. These tumors can be classified into distinct molecular subtypes, including luminal, basal-like, HER2-enriched, and claudin-low, reflecting the heterogeneity observed in breast cancer. With unique genetic and molecular features, these subtypes are instrumental for understanding the complexities of tumor biology. Here we sequenced the mRNA of 13 treatment-na ve mouse mammary tumor lines for a total of 82 samples. Gene expression of 82 individual, untreated mouse mammary tumors from mRNAseq data. At least 2 biological replicates per individual tumor model are included here. The tumor models included in this submission are: 2153, 2208, 2224, 2225, 2250, 2336, 4T1, 9263, E0771, KPB1-A, MMTV-NEU, MMTV-PYMT, and T12.
