HMP Market Access Insights 2024 Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) Dataset

HMP Market Access Insights 2024 Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) Dataset contains individual IDN level data based on HMP Market Access Insights Annual Oncology Trend Survey of oncologists and oncology pharmacists. The dataset is developed in conjunction with an Annual Integrated Delivery Network Oncology Trend report to deliver more comprehensive findings and analyses.

The data includes 147 IDNs, defined as any organization or network that operates at least one hospital and one outpatient cancer treatment site. IDNs include 52 NCI cancer centers, 29 NCCN members, and 96 academics health systems. The data is compiled from primary research, including 224 oncology pharmacists plus 73 oncologists, and supplemental secondary data sources.

The dataset provides users with comprehensive research data that can be attributed at individual IDN level and can support oncology drug manufacturers with IDN engagement.  Data examples include:

- Key organizational demographics: region, number of hospitals, number of employed oncologists, IDN site affiliations or designations, 340 eligibility, oral dispensing capabilities.
- Financial oversights and controls: presence of high-cost drug committees, metrics for evaluating pharmacy services, methods for evaluating oncology services, presence of provider-owned health plans
- Drug assessment processes: P&T committees, types of P&T committee members, hematology/oncology subcommittees, evaluation criteria for drug assessment
- Management controls on treatment prescribing: centralization of clinical controls, order set prevalence, pathways implementation, EHR integration
- Manufacturer engagement: manufacturer engagement channels, drivers of manufacturer engagement, perceptions of manufacturer programs
