This study provides 16S rRNA and metagenomic shotgun sequencing of fecal samples from gastrointestinal cancer patients receiving anti-PD-1 immunotherapy. The goals are to investigate this association in gastrointestinal (GI) tract malignancies and to identify commensal bacterial taxa that can be potentially used for patient stratification.
