Warning time, alarm burden and evaluation of mean arterial pressure alarms: aggregate results and analysis code
收藏资源简介:
Aggregate results and executable Python code for a retrospective cohort study of intraoperative mean arterial pressure (MAP) alarms simulated on public VitalDB recordings. Version 3.0.0 adds the early-warning analysis: warning time, alarm burden and positive predictive value of threshold alarms (65-75 mmHg, 2-60 s delays) and a MAP-trend alarm, the speed of onset of hypotension, artifact and cuff-corroboration checks, and the effect of minute-level records, with its dated analysis plan and value test. It also includes a separately written re-analysis (audit report) and robustness analyses specified in plan addenda: alternative definitions of abrupt onset, a second warning definition with a chance rate at pseudo-onsets, alternative PPV windows and the dependence of the resolution effect on alarm delay. It retains the prespecified configuration analysis of 48 settings (single threshold, two-tier and higher threshold; 2-120 s delays), patient-separated development and validation sets, sensitivity and recording-resolution analyses and labelled post hoc descriptive analyses. No patient-level recordings are redistributed. Code is MIT-licensed; aggregate results use CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. Not a clinically validated device or recommended alarm configuration.
