Data and code for "Morphological reassessment of Bothriolepis shaokuanensis (Antiarcha) based on new material from Guangdong, China"

This dataset and code archive supports the manuscript "Morphological reassessment of Bothriolepis shaokuanensis (Antiarcha) based on new material from Guangdong, China". It contains the final 67-taxon × 74-character morphological matrices in TNT and NEXUS formats; fixed-seed TNT commands and logs; all 8,517 most-parsimonious trees; strict and 50% majority-rule consensus trees; specimen measurements; the curated specimen-level Bothriolepis occurrence table and correction rules; and Python scripts for the occurrence analyses and Fig. 10. The phylogenetic search recovered 8,517 most-parsimonious trees of length 386 (CI = 0.215; RI = 0.499). To reproduce the archived results, extract the ZIP file, install the packages in requirements.txt, and run python run_reproducibility.py. TNT 1.6 is required only for a complete new phylogenetic search.
