Raw data for genome assembly of Actinidia eriantha

We collected the fresh leaves of wild Actinida eriantha for sequencing and generated 39.45 Gb of raw short- (paired-end illumina) and 45 Gb of long-data (Pacbio HiFi) using second- and third-generation sequecing, respectively. The data can be used for genome assembly and genome survey.
