14d OV scRNA-seq

The goal of this project was to determine which mononuclear cell populations satellite cells communicate with throughout muscle during functional overload. Pooled mouse plantaris muscles from tamoxifen-treated Pax7-tdT mice were overloaded for 14 days, and a subset of mononuclear cells were submitted for sc-RNA-seq. Overall design: One sample from pooled plantaris muscles (n=4 mice) was used for scRNA-seq. A single cell suspension was made, and a subset of cells were isolated via fluorescent activated cell sorting to probe for the transfer of reporter transcript from satellite cells.
