This dataset contains plant biodiversity occurrence records used to evaluate the OptiScale framework for selecting optimal spatial–temporal resolutions. The datasets correspond to three case studies:(1) Ebro (Spain),(2) Espinal (Argentina),(3) Southwest Australia. Each dataset includes species occurrences with associated spatial (latitude, longitude) and temporal (year) information. These data were used to assess spatial resolution selection, temporal stability, and model performance under different aggregation scenarios.
