Analysed AFM, immunostain (cell culture and nerve tissue) data. Nerves consist of rat sciatic nerves, either healthy (naive) or injured by crush or transection injury. Cell cultures consist of primary Schwann cells derived from rat nerves cultured on substrates of a range of stiffnesses.
