Gene expression profile at the single cell level of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells (HSPCs) derived from iPSC at day 12 of differentiation; and from erythroid cultures derived from HS/PC-iPSC at day 4 (ATAC-Seq)

Myelodisplastic syndromes are a oligoclonal disease starting at the level of the stem/progenitor compartment. We use ATACseq to determine changes in chromating landscape between MDS low and high risk samples. Overall design: iPSC were differentiated for 14 days towards HSPCs using StemDiff Hematopietiese media. Cells were collected and sorted based on CD34+/CD45+ staining. 50,000 sorted cells were used for ATAC-seq.
