The effects of nintedanib combined with radiation on gene transcription in the MC38 cell line

Nintedanib, a small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor, has been approved for patients with NSCLC who progressed following first-line chemotherapy. However, there are relatively few related studies on the treatment strategy of nintedanib combined with radiotherapy. This study aims to explore the effectiveness and mechanism of nintedanib combined with radiotherapy in both in vivo and in vitro experiments. Overall design: The MC38 cell line was treated with 3 µ m nintedanib and 8Gy X-rays alone or in combination for 24 hours respectively. Then, RNA was extracted together with the control group cells and RNA transcriptome sequencing was performed. And this experiment was independently repeated three times.
