资源简介:
We collected blood samples from the right atrium of newly diagnosed patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) for the first time, and performed single-cell RNA sequencing of mononuclear cells. We then compared the profiles of cells from atrial blood with those of peripheral venous blood and found that a great difference in the gene expression profiles of T cells and B cells. We speculate that this difference is due to the pulmonary circulation and peripheral capillaries. We also analyzed the data of patients with EBV to provide data for the study of the relationship between EBV and NPC. This study also provides a unique single-cell sequencing dataset that will be a valuable resource in further elucidating the roles of mononuclear cells in NPC pathogenesis. In this study, to explore the characteristic changes in RABMCs in NPC patients at the single-cell level, we performed scRNA-seq on MCs (mononuclear cells) isolated from RAB (right atrial blood) and PVB (cubital vein blood) samples collected from ten patients with newly diagnosed (untreated) nonmetastatic NPC. ***Please note that 8 sample records represents 8 raw data files obtained from 10 patients, and that the 'readme.txt' describes which raw data each processed data file was generated***
