RadField3D is an open-source Geant4-based Monte Carlo simulation application for generating three-dimensional radiation field datasets, primarily utilized for radiation protection dosimetry in medical scenarios. This dataset generates spatially resolved voxelized radiation field data by simulating radiation field distributions, with data stored in binary file format to enable seamless integration with machine learning algorithms.
