Incorporating stressor interactions into marine spatial cumulative impact assessments

Dataset contains the final spatial layers used in our cumulative impact maps. These layers include the individual stressor and seagrass habitat layers.
All spatial intensity layers are .asc files with an associated .prj file. Reading the .asc file into R will automatically read in the information within the .prj file if both files are in the same folder location.
"SG_seagrass_only" = Spencer Gulf seagrass habitat layer
"Poll" = Pollution
"ES_mean_for_manuscript" contains the effect sizes for each stressor and stressor pair. For details on how these were calculated, see 'Stockbridge et al 2020' (doi: 10.1038/s41598-020-68801-w)
