This folder comprises datasets and analysis scripts accompanying the publication "Distributing entanglement between distant semiconductor qubit registers using a shared-control shuttling link". Upon shuttling, hole spin qubits experience rotations due to spin-orbit interaction. Herein, we demonstrate coherent spin shuttling while compensating for these spin-orbit induced rotations by resonant pulsing. The calibration of such resonant pulse is tackled in this paper. As a result, it is possible to distribute a pair of entangled qubits across more than one micrometer distance.
本文件夹包含与论文《利用共享控制穿梭链路实现远端半导体量子比特(semiconductor qubit)寄存器间的纠缠分发》(Distributing entanglement between distant semiconductor qubit registers using a shared-control shuttling link)配套的数据集与分析脚本。在量子比特穿梭过程中,空穴自旋量子比特(hole spin qubit)会因自旋轨道相互作用(spin-orbit interaction)产生自旋旋转。本文展示了通过共振脉冲(resonant pulse)补偿上述自旋轨道诱导自旋旋转的相干自旋穿梭实验,并针对此类共振脉冲的校准问题展开了研究。最终可在超过1微米的距离上分发一对纠缠量子比特。
