Dodder mediated systemic phosphate stress signals transfer among hosts. Cuscuta campestris
收藏资源简介:
Two Cucumis sativuss(Summer Strong) are connected by Cuscuta campestris, set 3 groups:Group 1: a homogeneous P-replete condition (both cucumber plants were supplied with 1 mM KH2PO4, and were denoted CN+, for “control phosphate plus”); Group 2: a homogeneous P-deprived environment (both cucumber plants were supplied with 1 mM KCl, and were denoted CP-, for “control phosphate minus”); Group 3: a heterogeneous P condition (one cucumber plant was supplied with 1 mM KH2PO4, but the other was given 1 mM KCl; they were denoted TP+ and TP-, respectively, as the former is a “treatment phosphate plus” and the latter is a “treatment phosphate minus” plant). the cucumber leaves, rootss and Cuscuta campestris, to transcriptome sequencing after 6, 12 and 48h. This is RNA-seq data
