This dataset is derived from CheXpert, MIMIC-CXR, and ReXGradient, and includes a gold evaluation subset annotated by experts as well as a larger silver training corpus generated by MedGemma. The dataset only provides annotations and does not include images, and users need to download the images separately from the original corpora. It is applicable to tasks such as chest X-ray progression classification, supervised heatmap/phrase grounding learning, and sentence-level static/dynamic classification, but cannot be used for clinical decision-making, re-identification, or commercial purposes.
