By analyzing the transcriptome and metabolome data of walnut infected by phompsis capsici to study the changes of differentially expressed genes and secondary metabolites,Exploring the molecular mechanism of walnut phompsis capsici. Overall design: With walnut annual branches as experimental materials, the transcriptome sequencing samples were divided into experimental group and control group, with 3 biological replicates in each group. Metabolome sequencing samples were also divided into experimental and control groups with 6 biological replicates in each group.
