Zircon U-Pb dating and Hf isotopic analyses were performed at the Mineral Laser Microprobe Analysis Laboratory, China University of Geosciences, Beijing (CUGB). Zircon U-Pb analyses were obtained with a laser ablation-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS). Detailed descriptions of the analytical methods are provided by Zhang et al. (2019). Data off-line processing was performed following Andersen (2002), Ludwig (2003), and Liu et al. (2010). Zircon Hf isotopic compositions were undertaken on the dated zircons using a multi-collector-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometer (MC-ICP-MS), coupled with a NewWave 193UC excimer laser ablation system. The instrumental conditions and analytical methods are described by Xu et al. (2019). Whole-rock major elements were conducted using X-ray fluorescence spectrometer in the Institute of Geology and Geophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Trace element analyses were undertaken with a high-resolution inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry at the State Key Laboratory of Geological Processes and Mineral Resources (Radiogenic Isotope Geochemistry-RIG lab), CUGB. Analyses of reference standards, including BHVO-2, AGV-2 and GPS-2, indicate that the analytical accuracy is better than 5% for most elements. Whole-rock Sr-Nd isotopic compositions were determined using a Neptune Plus MC-ICP-MS in the RIG lab, CUGB. The analytical procedures are similar to those followed by Li et al. (2022). Instrumental mass fractionation was normalized using 86Sr/88Sr = 0.1194 and 146Nd/144Nd = 0.7219, respectively. The average measured 86Sr/88Sr ratio of the SRM987 standard and 143Nd/144Nd ratio of the Alfa Nd standard during the analytical campaign were 0.710246 ± 14 (2SD, n=15) and 0.512420 ± 14 (2SD, n=15), respectively.
