This dataset contains information about the scientific production of the University of Campinas (UNICAMP) indexed in the Scopus and SciVal databases from 2019 to 2023. The information includes publication metadata such as title, authors, affiliation, DOI, citations, in addition to data enriched through analysis and inference, such as gender of authors, authorship position (first, last, corresponding), and thematic areas. The data were used to investigate gender representation in UNICAMP's scientific production.
