ICA magnetic susceptibility networks

Magnetic susceptibility networks derived from independent component analysis from a cohort of 170 healthy individuals aged 9 to 81 years ("dorsal-striatum_mni152.nii.gz", "brainstem_mni152.nii.gz", "gpi_mni152.nii.gz", "thalamus_mni152.nii.gz", "cerebellar_mni152.nii.gz"), and from a cohort of 118 patients with MS and 115 healthy controls ("ms-caudate_mni152.nii.gz", "ms-mesencephalon_mni152.nii.gz", "ms-pulvinar_mni152.nii.gz").
