Lower Cook Inlet CTD transects, 2004-2006

There are three datasets associated with this project. The primary one is cmi_full_v2.txt which covers seven transect lines in Lower Cook Inlet that were occupied seasonally between 2004 and 2006. A SBE-19+ CTD with fluorometer, transmissometer, PAR, and Oxygen sensor was used. The same CTD and ancillary sensors was used to collect profiles at a single location about every half hour to create the file kbay_timeseries.txt. This was an effort to look at short-term variability in the oceanographic properties. The sue_shelikof.txt file includes additional data at three stations in Shelikof Strait using the same CTD. Some of these transects were later occupied by Gulf Watch Alaska.
