Dataset needed to reproduce the results in the manuscript by "Generative Approaches to Kinetic Parameter Inference in Metabolic Networks via Latent Space Exploration" by S. Choudhury et al. The accompanying code is available at: https://github.com/realLCSB/LaTeX Each subfolder includes a README file to facilitate the reproduction of the results. - Study_1 contains the data, scripts and notebooks for all results in Figure 2,3 and 4 (E. coli central carbon metabolism)- Study_2 contains the data, scripts and notebooks for all results in Figure 5 (E. coli anaerobic metabolism)- Input contains all the kinetic model structures, thermodynamic data and steady states for the 2 models analysed in this study
