RNA-seq data of the seeds at development stage from wheat cultivars of Zhengmai366 and Zhengmai004

In order to mini the related genes for gluten strength, Zhengmai366 (strong gluten strength wheat) and Zhengmai004 (weak gluten strength wheat) were used as materials for RNA sequencing. The seeds at five different development stages (7, 14, 21, 28 and 35 day after pollination) were collected, respectively. Then, the seeds taking from the same cultivar were mixed for RNA sequencing. Illumina HiSeq 2000 system was used and sequenced in paired-end mode.
