Nutrient concentrations and pH readings for a cyanobacterial consortium from an outdoor photobioreactor over 140 days

In 2019 we inoculated an outdoor tubular photobioreactor (PBR) (1,150 L) in Calgary, Alberta with a microbial consortium dominated by a filamentous cyanobacterium of the Phormidium genus. This file contains pH readings; nitrate concentrations quantified by colorimetric assay; concentrations of iron, magnesium, potassium, phosphorous, calcium, and sodium measured by ICP-MS; and concentrations of nitrate, chloride, phosphate, and sulfate measured by ion chromatography. These data span the entire 140 days of operation.
