ERGIC3 promotes lung cancer cell proliferation and metastasis, but its molecular mechanism is unclear. To explore the role of ERGIC3 in lung cancer, GLC-82 was divided into ERGIC3 knockdown group and negtive control group. After transfection of ERGIC3 siRNA and control siRNA, extracellular and intracellular proteins were isolated. ERGIC3 was also analyzed by immunoprecipitation and the adhesive strips were separated. Proteins between groups were quantitatively identified by iTRAQ combined with liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The differential proteins obtained by the two methods were intersected to obtain a group of more reliable intracellular and intracellular differential proteins and analyzed.
