Quantum Anomalous Hall state in MoTe2/WSe2 heterobilayer

Dataset of results related with the theoretical analysis of topological insulating state in the MoTe2/WSe2 heterostructure within the extended Hubbard model. The Hartree-Fock and Gutzwiller calculation methods have been used to obtain the data. The code in c++ which was used to produce the data is also provided. This data set is a result of research which was founded by National Science Centre, Poland (NCN) according to decision 2021/42/E/ST3/00128.
