Peak attributes of atomic force microscopy measurements.

The attributes of the peaks were calculated according the methods described in the Supplementary material (Supplemental text S1). The 95% inclusion limit is the point at which 95% of the peaks have heights or diameters less than the indicated value. Bound peaks are defined as those with heights and diameters greater than 99% of the complementary probe minus target condition (height>1.3 nm; diameter>20.2 nm).1In this study [38], the 25 mer population appeared non-homogenous and was likely composed of probe aggregates, leading to a larger diameter relative to the 50 mer.
