Therefore, the ICD-9-CM codes provided exclude non-injuries. For example, although dermatitis is included in the NEISS (diagnosis code 74), it is not an injury according to ICD-9-CM standards, and the ICD-9-CM code for dermatitis is not included in this matrix. **B = NEISS “body part” code.
