This repository contains the data and code necessary to reproduce the analysis and figures in the manuscript "Migratory Movements of Saltmarsh Sparrows Revealed by Automated Telemetry" by Benvenuti et al. Note that RStudio requires R to be installed. This opens the RStudio project associated with the data, code, and analysis.All of the code necessary to process, analyze, and generate figures is located in the Code directory. Open and begin by running the code within <code>Code/00_Process_SALS_Motus_data.R</code> and proceeding sequentially through other similarly-named files within the <code>Code</code> subdirectory. If interested only in the figures, these are provided as a convenience in the <code>Output</code> directory.<br>
