Comparison study of gut microbiome and lifestyle-related diseases

We investigated the relationship between gut microbiota and lifestyle-related diseases based on the information of 234 people (109 males and 125 females) in the Shika-machi Super Preventive Health Examination, a population survey conducted in January 2020 to establish preventive methods for lifestyle-related diseases among general residents aged 40 years and older living in Shika-machi, Hakui-gun, Ishikawa Prefecture.
