Development of a new version of the grapevine reference genome assembly (12X.v2) based on genetic maps and paired-end sequences.

Abstract:The dataset comprises (i) two excel files describing in details the SY x GR, CH x BI and the RI x GW genetic maps and the markers that were used to order and orient the scaffolds of the grapevine reference genome build (FN594950-FN597014, EMBL release 102; Vitis vinifera cv. PN40024), (ii) the manually curated segregation files and (iii) and the final 12X.v2 chromosome assembly at the EMBL recommended format.
